One day, a few months after having my first baby, I found myself in a confrontation with someone I didn't know, I hadn't seen in my neighborhood before... I had my baby with me and I did not like the feeling of prepared had the incident escalated further. I decided to buy some personal protection items, I chose Damsel in Defense because I liked the added level of security from multi-use items. Full honesty here, I signed up as a rep to get more product. As I read and learned more I felt the compulsion to share with my friends, family and youth in my life. Ultimately I realized this spark was my drive to help build a Safer Community so my daughter can be safely her. But Safely Her is not only about her...it's for her...for him...for us.
